Dolcetto

Dolcetto –  is a black Italian wine grape variety widely grown in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy. Dolcetto means “little sweet one.”

• Sweetness: Dry
• Body: medium-full body
• Tannins: low in tannins
• Acidity: low-medium

Food Pairing:

Dolcetto pairing well with richer, darker meats and vegetable dishes with roasted tomatoes, eggplant, and garlic.
