1. Definitions

  • By placing an order on our Website, you make an offer to purchase Goods from us.
  • Your order is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation.
  • If stock is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or provide a refund.

3. Price & Payment

  • All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
  • Payment is required in full before dispatch.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before shipping.

4. Age Restriction

  • By purchasing from sapori.co.nz, you confirm you are 18 years or older.
  • We may require age verification upon delivery.

5. Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.
  • An adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • If your order is incorrect, damaged, faulty or for non-receipt of an order, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery or order dispatch confirmation and tracking receipt.

  • We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund once the issue is confirmed.

  • Returns are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
