GRAPE ORIGIN: 8 hectares of vineyards located in the
hilly Castellaretta area at 442 m.a.s. in the town of
VINEYARD PROPERTIES: The soil is mixed calcareous and
marley. The vineyards are around 30 years old.
FERMENTATION AND AGEING: The grapes are picked by hand, pressed
and fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks at
controlled temperatures for 20
days. The wine refined in concrete
tanks until it is bottled.

apple, grapefruit and kiwi, intertwined
