Notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and honey unite to create a wonderfully scented, multi-faceted bouquet. This is an impressive example of what the combination of Apulia’s sun, the vineyards located on the Gulf of Taranto and the Malvasia del Salento grape variety can produce. On the palate, it is marvelously dry, fresh and well-balanced, with a good texture and a lovely finish.

Area: Puglia/ Apulia

Alc. 12,5% vol.

Production: 24 hours maceration, soft pressing, fermentation with the controlled temperature at 14°C. Refinement in stainless steel.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

Colour: Colore Golden, with straw-yellow hints.

Bouquet: On the nose it is intense, aromatic and fruity.

Taste: The palate is overwhelmed by its fresh liveliness and balance. It is structured, harmonious and persistent, with a delicate flavour.

Food Pairing: Excellent with fish, shellfish and cheese.
