This is an impressive example of what the combination of Apulia’s sun, the vineyards located on the Gulf of Taranto and the Malvasia del Salento grape variety can produce. The nose starts floral, with aromas of jasmine, citrus blossom and white peach, moving to savory with salt and dried herbs. On the palate, it is marvelously dry, with a burst of lychee followed by herbs and a little savouriness. Fresh and well-balanced, good texture and a lovely finish.

Alc. 12,5% vol.

Production: 24 hours maceration, soft pressing, fermentation with the controlled temperature at 14°C. Refinement in stainless steel.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

Colour: Colore Golden, with straw-yellow hints.

Bouquet: On the nose it is intense, aromatic and fruity.

Taste: The palate is overwhelmed by its fresh liveliness and balance. It is structured, harmonious and persistent, with a delicate flavour.

Food Pairing: Excellent with fish, shellfish and cheese.
