The aspect reminds of a stroke of a brush with a soft color of peach blossoms, the bubbles rise numerously in an extremely delicate and persistent way, the head is creamy. The first impression in the nose is an interplay of fruity flavors and perfumes: there is an immediate scent of black currant, woodland strawberries, pomegranate and wild roses – later there is perfume of toasted bread.
The entry in the mouth is fresh and pleasant and then the wine opens up to an enjoyable and increasing fruitiness. The finish is dry with a persistent impression of small wild berries and a flowery note.
