Production Area: Produced in the heart of Tuscany/ Toscana, on the hills between Vinci and Florence
Soil Composition: The calcareous-marly soil mixed with clayey schists and sand greatly contribute to give full body and great aromatic intensity to this wine.
Growing System: Spurred cordon, Guyot
Winemaking and Ageing: Tua Rosa was born on the mostly arenaceous terrain of the nearby hills. From Sangiovese grapes, it is produced with a slight pressing of the skins and subsequent ageing in steel.
Organoleptic Characteristics: The color is blush pink and the fragrance is fruity and flowery, with hints of grapefruit, rose, citrus fruit and aromatic herbs. To the palate it is fresh and aromatic, delicate and rich at the same time. It ends with all-enveloping hints of peach, sweet plums and black currant.
Serving Temperature: 16-18 ° C
Food Pairing: Suitable to be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with shellfish and seafood.
