Area: Puglia/ Apulia
Land of Primitivo di Manduria, at the gate of the wild Salento, in Puglia. This land is known for its long summers, its heat swirling all through the vines, and for the cool night breezes that blow through the countryside. Farmers’ hands made red by the soil, burnt by the zenith sun; fiery sunsets that repeat an ancient miracle during harvest.
