A 100% Pinot Noir with a pale to medium pink, at the palate, is full, fine and persistent; an elegant bouquet of berries and stone fruits, long finish and a great minerality. 24 months on lees. This rosé is very refined but doesn’t hide its personality. Its refinement is the result of the perfect balance between research and nature.
Grapes: Pinot Noir 100% (pale-to-medium pink colour)
Wine-making: Grapes are hand-collected in small boxes whose weight is no more than 18 kg each, removed from their stalks, and then they are placed in tanks for cold maceration that lasts between 6 and 8 hours at 5 °C. Then grapes are pressed gently and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled tempe- rature of 16-18°C.
Ageing in bottle: 24 months.
Bouquet at the nose: Elegant, wide-ranging, with hints of strawberry, peach, and berries.
Taste: Complete, full, persistent with long finish and a great minerality. The elegance of refined gesture with a much wider personality. Its fineness is the result of a balance between research for perfection and simplicity.
