Look at that rating by Luca Maroni , it is also a Gold Medal winner at the world’s largest wine show, Berlin Wine Trophy 2024. From the heart of Tuscany and rather than the traditional Chianti style, this is made according to the ancient Tuscan tradition of the “Governo Toscano” where selected and slightly dried grapes are added to already fermented wine. This a second slow fermentation lasting 2-3 weeks resulting in a wine of extra depth and richness. Aromas of ripe cherries, dark plums, and a touch of spice, with a full, velvety palate layered with sweet berry fruit, hints of mocha, and supple tannins. Generous, warming and easy to love!
