Vinification: Destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature for 10–15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in barriques.

Tasting Notes: Freshly poured tar leaps out of the glass, with complex aromas of crushed rock, graphite, flint, and gun smoke, before revealing hints of wild berries and mint. On the palate, dark berries and mint chocolate intertwine with mineral notes and peppery spice, supported by firm tannins and a long, elegant finish.
Pairings: Beef, pork, lamb, game, and strong cheeses.
