Vinification: After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel there is a period of maceration on the skins. The malolactic fermentation that follows takes place in cement tanks. The wine then ages in 54 hl barrels of Slavonian oak
Organoleptic Characteristics: Intense ruby red. Strong notes of cherry with floral accents. On the palate, full fruit and pleasant freshness. Tannins are supported by a lovely freshness and full fruit. Tannins are felt but not aggressive.
Food Pairing: Perfect with traditional Tuscan dishes such as ribollita and papa al pomodoro. Pairs well with grilled white and red meats.
