Vinification: Traditionally vinified to preserve the freshness, purity and distinctive character of Nebbiolo.
Ageing: Matured in large Slavonian oak casks, allowing the wine to develop complexity while retaining its vibrant fruit and freshness.
Alcohol: 14% vol.

Aroma: Elegant and expressive, with fresh cherry, cranberry and red berries complemented by delicate herbal, floral and subtly spicy notes.
Taste: Medium-bodied, fresh and beautifully balanced, with pure red fruit, bright acidity and characteristic Nebbiolo tannins. Elegant yet structured, with a savoury, persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Excellent with beef, roasted or braised meats, game, rich pasta dishes and mature cheeses.
