Visual: deep ruby red with garnet reflections.
Perfume: intense, complex, fine, fruity and floral with balsamic notes, ethereal
Taste: warm and very smooth, full body, quite fresh, very persistent and harmonic. Fragrant floral aromas, ripe and fleshy with a delicious medley of juicy plums, black cherries and raspberry scent.
Long finish with soft velvety tannins.

Production: 60q/ha and 8,000 bottles
Vinification: after the manual harvest the grapes are removed from the stem and gently crushed. the natural fermentation (no industrial yeasts added) with the skins lasts for about 14/15 days at 28C. After the spontaneous malolactic fermentation the wine is aged for 18 months in Slavonian casks (25hl) and for 12 months in the bottle.
