Arneis – a white grape variety from Piedmont, which has been grown there since the 15th century.

- Sweetness: bone-dry
- Body: medium-light body
- Acidity: low-medium acidity

Peach, yellow apple, honey, raw almond, nutmeg.
Arneis food pairing:
As an aperitif, Arneis goes well with light hors d’oeuvres, crudités, seafood, salads, light soups, simply prepared veal, pork, chicken and creamy cheeses.
